Return & Refund Policy — Best Quality Collection

1. Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility:
    If you receive a product with a size issue or that is damaged, you are eligible to request an exchange within 2-3 days of delivery.
  • Important Requirement:
    To qualify for an exchange, you must provide a proper and clear opening parcel video showing the issue at the time of unboxing.
  • Process:

  • Share your order details and the opening parcel video.
  • Once your claim is approved, we will arrange the exchange as soon as possible.

2. Return & Refund Policy

  • Eligibility:
    Returns and refunds are only accepted if the product you receive is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong item sent).
  • Important Requirement:
    You must share a clear opening parcel video as proof. Without this video, we will not be able to process your return/refund request.
  • Process:
  • Raise the return request within 2-3 days of receiving the product by emailing or calling us.
  • Provide your order details along with the opening parcel video.
  • After verification, you will receive instructions to return the incorrect item.
  • Refunds:
    Once we receive the returned product in its original condition and packaging, and after verification, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days through your original payment method.

3. Important Notes

  • Returns/refunds will NOT be accepted without an opening parcel video.
  • No returns/exchanges will be processed for size or damage issues if the parcel opening video is not provided.
  • Used, washed or damaged products (after delivery) will not be eligible for return/exchange.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except in case of wrong product delivery.
